One breath at a time



Thank you for joining me in this space of co-creation and movement, spiritual practice and community support - you are so welcome here. Honouring the holistic approach to physical and mental health inherited from my teachers and expanded through my personal journey I offer:

  • Group and individual yoga lessons. Based on Vinyasa style I bring elements of Iyengar, embodied movement and breath work in highly detailed sequences designed to help your body learn to move better in a way that is also restorative for the nervous system.

  •  Thai Yoga Massage Sessions

  •  Facial massage based on principles of Thai massage, Ayurveda and Aromatherapy using the YHApothecary products - a line of natural skincare products that I have especially created for this service 

  •  Wellness Retreats and Weekends for complete nurturing and restorative experience that include yoga, breath work, delicious healthy food, Thai Massage, Holistic Facials, mantra and meditation

  • Brahmani Sacred Dance Groups

  •  Self-care and Thai Massage Workshops
